Service and Maintenance Contract Manager

We are looking for a Contract Manager who effortlessly combines oversight, communication, and technical knowledge. You get energy from managing and optimizing maintenance contracts and act as the connecting link between customers, service technicians, and the internal organization. With your experience in service and maintenance, you know exactly what is needed to ensure installations function reliably and to provide optimal support to customers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient planning, clear communication, and a high quality of service.

As a Contract Manager at Klein Poelhuis Technisch Beheer, you are responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance contracts. You maintain oversight of ongoing contracts, maintenance schedules, and agreements with customers, and you ensure that service and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently.

• Your duties include

• Managing and monitoring customer maintenance contracts;

• Coordinating and planning periodic maintenance in collaboration with the service department;

• Acting as the point of contact for customers and service technicians;

• Identifying deviations, opportunities for improvement, and additional work;

• Administratively processing and managing contract data in Syntess Atrium;

• Drafting, checking, and following up on contract agreements and reports;

• Ensuring correct and timely administrative handling of activities;

• Actively contributing to optimal collaboration between the customer, service department, and project organization.
