Senior Winkel Service Expert

• You have MBO or HBO working and thinking level, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience within a Jumbo supermarket: as an Assistant Store Manager or Team Leader
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience and helping colleagues further with more complex questions, reports, and complaints.
• You have excellent communication skills, so that you can address our customers and colleagues well;
• You have a love for customers and stores and possess a lot of empathy;
• You are good at understanding complex and large amounts of information to solve problems.

• A gross salary between €3,300 - €4,200 per month (based on 40 hours).
• 24 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell vacation days and 8% holiday allowance. You build up a pension through participation in the Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor het levensmiddelenbedrijf.
• If you work full-time (40 hours per week), you take 3 ATV hours every week. As a result, you effectively work 37 hours per week. Do you work less than 40 hours per week? Then your ATV hours will be calculated pro rata.
• An allowance for your travel expenses (€ 0.21 cents per kilometer with a max. of 35 kilometers one way). We like to work together in the office, but you can also work partly from home.

As a Senior Winkel Service Expert, you work on this daily by helping stores with complex questions, reports, and complaints. Colleagues know to find you for complicated questions, you investigate where bottlenecks arise, and you ensure that problems are solved quickly. Additionally, you recognize recurring questions, identify opportunities for improvement, and work together with colleagues to turn them into improvements.

• Answer complex questions, reports, and complaints from stores and distribution centers.
• Act as the subject matter contact person for less experienced colleagues.
• Coach colleagues in the handling of complex issues and escalations.
• Monitor the progress of reports and adjust where necessary.
• Communicate daily with stores, distribution centers, and departments such as Commercial and F&R.
• Analyze recurring questions, complaints, and bottlenecks within the operation.
• Work together with Service Center Specialists and the Teamlead on improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to fast, correct, and customer-oriented support for stores.
