As an Electrical Engineering Project Leader, you are responsible for your own projects within the utility construction sector. From the initial preparations to the final delivery, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You monitor the planning, maintain control over the budget, and ensure that your team can perform optimally. In addition, you will receive a great deal of autonomy, responsibility, and the space to make projects a success in your own way.

As an Electrical Engineering Project Leader at D&W Elektrotechniek, you are the connecting link between clients, technicians, suppliers, and other involved parties. You ensure that electrical engineering projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to agreement.

Your responsibilities include

• Leading and coordinating electrical engineering projects within utility construction, from preparation to delivery;

• Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting project schedules, budgets, and progress;

• Managing and supervising technicians and other involved parties;

• Coordinating work preparation, material supply, and personnel deployment;

• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and other project partners;

• Monitoring the technical quality, safety, and execution of electrical installations;

• Identifying and handling extra work, less work, and any deviations;

• Carrying out project inspections, progress reports, and correct delivery.

You are regularly found at project locations and know exactly what is happening. You think ahead, switch gears quickly when necessary, and ensure that your colleagues can perform their work well.

You are an organizationally strong project leader with an electrical engineering background. You know how projects in utility construction proceed, communicate easily with different parties, and maintain an overview even with multiple ongoing projects.
