The role

For our Hedin Automotive location in Veghel, we are looking for a Service Manager. Someone with a passion for cars just like us. Here, we sell, maintain, and repair passenger cars from the beautiful brands Renault, Dacia, Hongqi, and CHERY. But what exactly do you do as a Service Manager?

What you'll do

As a Service Manager, you do not only lead your colleagues at the reception, but also the colleagues in the warehouse and the workshop. Everyone must work together effectively to ensure that job intake, planning, and execution are done as efficiently and well as possible. For you, high customer satisfaction is one of the most important objectives. Therefore, you are proactive with initiatives to continue exceeding our customers' expectations.

You lead the workshop, the warehouse, and the reception within the location
You ensure that the employees in the location continue to develop by conducting conversations, identifying training needs, and actively acting upon them
You manage various KPIs and monitor costs through final checks on, for example, invoicing
You ensure accurately updated administration at the location, from HR administration to accounts receivable management
