Do you enjoy helping people and do you get energy from solving structural and technical issues? Are you service-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to keep a cool head when multiple matters are playing out at once? Then we would love to meet you.
With your communication skills and structural knowledge, you form the bridge between technology and residents. You listen well, ask follow-up questions, and know how to quickly find the right solution. In doing so, you interact daily with residents, tradespeople, suppliers, and colleagues. It is precisely that combination of technical insight, people skills, and decisiveness that makes you successful in this position.
As a Service & Maintenance Planner, you are an indispensable link within Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch. You ensure that maintenance reports, service requests, and repair works are handled smoothly and professionally. From a small repair to a technically or structurally complex report: you maintain an overview, act quickly, and ensure that both residents and colleagues know where they stand. Residents are always central in this.
Within this role, you are truly a jack-of-all-trades. You enjoy picking up multiple tasks at once and maintain overview and calm even during busy moments. You switch effortlessly between resident contact, planning, administration, and the coordination of activities. No two days are the same, and that variety is exactly what gives you energy.
The projects you work on are very diverse. For example, you might be involved in adaptation and renovation work on social buildings, such as schools. Additionally, you work on structural repair work, such as on facades following leaks or other technical defects. You also organize and coordinate various smaller maintenance and repair tasks for different clients. Whether it concerns a single repair request or a project with multiple involved parties, you ensure that the work is well-prepared, the planning is correct, and the execution runs smoothly.
Additionally, you assess incoming maintenance reports, determine the right approach together with colleagues or partners, and ensure that work is carried out in a timely manner. You monitor progress, quality, and administrative handling, and you understand better than anyone how important it is that residents feel heard and that agreements are met.
Together with four colleagues, you form the Service & Maintenance team. From our office in 's-Hertogenbosch, you are responsible for the service and aftercare of completed homes and projects of Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch. You work closely together to provide optimal help to residents and clients.
You also actively contribute ideas for improvements within the process. You identify recurring reports, see opportunities to work smarter, and contribute to the quality and service that Dura Vermeer stands for.

Our independence and long-term vision form the foundation for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we are among the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, it is not about those figures for us. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of—iconic and close to home—and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with engaged people. That is why we invest in good employerhood and a work environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
