At D&W Elektrotechniek in Veendam, you will get the space to work independently on service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical installations. You will work at various customer sites, carry out small projects, and ensure that installations continue to function safely and reliably. No two days are the same!

As an Electrical Service Technician at D&W Elektrotechniek, you are the point of contact for customers regarding faults, maintenance, and technical questions. You will go out independently, analyze problems, and provide an appropriate solution. Whether it concerns a complex fault, preventive maintenance, or a small electrical adjustment: you ensure that everything functions safely and correctly again.

Your duties include

• Independently detecting, analyzing, and resolving electrical faults;

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations;

• Realizing small electrical projects and adjustments for customers;

• Testing, checking, and commissioning installations;

• Performing inspections and checks according to applicable safety regulations, including NEN 3140;

• Identifying technical areas for improvement and advising customers on suitable solutions;

• Working independently on installations, even when technical drawings are not available;

• Participating in on-call shifts to resolve faults outside of regular working hours;

• Ensuring a safe working environment and a neat handover of your completed work.
