What will you be doing?
For our Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz Vans & Trucks location in Rotterdam Charlois, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the team of service advisors. In this role, together with your service advisor colleague, you are the key link between the customer and the workshop. You are the first point of contact for customers regarding the work performed, planning, invoicing, and damage or warranty claims. As a team, we ensure that the customer is truly satisfied! Every day we deal with a diversity of customers and every customer has their own wish, so this role revolves around customer satisfaction. Your duties include:

What you'll do

Receiving customers, determining problems or needs, and coordinating with the customer;
Scheduling the work for colleagues in the workshop;
Monitoring progress and keeping the customer informed of the planning;
Discussing the invoice and providing explanations to the customer regarding the performed work.

Requirements

Who are you?
You have an affinity with automotive technology, trucks, and vans. You love being in contact with the customer. We all work hard, and we do this together and with one another. Providing good service is in your DNA, just like hospitality and commitment to your work. You can maintain an overview, even when it suddenly becomes very busy at the desk. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

MBO work and thinking level;
Good communication skills and command of the Dutch language;
Full-time availability.
