Customer Service Representative Operational Support

Our vacancy:  Customer Service Representative Operational Support - 40 hours

No two days are the same in our dynamic, logistical world. And you will notice that in the varied tasks of this position. Together with the team and your colleagues, you will act as the back office for the Supply Chain Solutions department. You will perform administrative, supportive tasks for the front office colleagues. In this role, you will be assigned to a number of fixed customers, but you are expected to be all-round deployable. You accept and process customer orders, manage transport documents, and provide data for reports. You process all data correctly in the DCS system, such as transport rates and customer data. You register and process incoming and outgoing invoices, and you handle any problematic invoices. 
Additionally, you register any discrepancies with customers as preparation for complaint handling.

• Approx. 1-5 years of experience in a similar position. 

• MBO diploma level 3 (or working and thinking level achieved through experience). 

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in Dutch and English.

What do we offer you? 
You will be working at Malledijk 7 in Spijkenisse, a workplace with a lot of attention to job satisfaction and sustainable employability. A monthly contribution for certain forms of sport & exercise is included. Through our De Rijke Academy, you can acquire a lot of knowledge but also pass on your knowledge.  

The salary in the salary scale starts at € 3,359.36 gross per month (full-time) but increases based on your knowledge and experience.  
Furthermore, you will receive a contribution towards travel expenses, a home office allowance if applicable, and a great pension scheme according to the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer.
For office staff, we also have an additional employment conditions scheme.
