The role

Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for an Application Administrator at Van Mossel Autoschade in Waalwijk. You will work in our IT department, where you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues from our Autoschade cluster.

What you'll do

What will you do?
In this dynamic role, you will be approached by colleagues across the country by telephone or email (ticket), where you will answer questions and resolve issues. Think of solutions for: back office login, user management, managing interfaces, configuring tablets, assessing and escalating to colleagues. Additionally, we are looking for someone who, based on the wishes of the organization, configures the software used by our Autoschade branches so that it is utilized to the maximum. You will ensure optimal management and an efficient and effective way of working. Furthermore, you will support the IT Project Manager with preparatory work for ongoing projects. You can think of the following activities:

Maintaining project applications
Installing project equipment and preparing it for distribution
Preparing and rolling out various items at project locations
Testing and documenting newly delivered functionalities

Requirements

Who are you?
Of course, you have an affinity with ICT, but above all, you enjoy being a troubleshooter and having a lot of contact with colleagues. You have completed at least an MBO education in the direction of ICT and are now looking for a cool (starter) position to gain experience in the field. Furthermore, we ask for practically:

relevant work experience, for example, in customer service or a helpdesk;
experience with MS Office, and you quickly master new systems;
affinity with the car damage industry;
the ability to analyze problems well and explain solutions in understandable language or present the problem to others;
full-time availability and a reasonable travel distance relative to the location in Waalwijk;
possession of a B driver's license.
