• A salary starting from €3,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, matching your knowledge, experience, and the responsibilities of the position
• 32 vacation days (based on 40 hours)

Do you live in the Spijkenisse region and are you looking for a varied job as a Customer Service Representative? Do you have (practical) knowledge of chemistry and experience in or an affinity with horticulture? Then this is a great opportunity!

In the position of Customer Service Representative Laboratory, you are responsible for monitoring and following up on agreements with customers. You have daily contact with customers regarding ongoing investigations, process agreements in our systems, and answer questions via telephone and email. Additionally, you prepare quotes and handle complaints independently or in consultation with colleagues.

You are customer-oriented, work accurately, and know how to maintain a good overview in a dynamic working environment. You have good communication skills and know how to answer customer questions clearly. You have a proactive attitude and like to think along about improving processes and customer satisfaction. You also have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Additionally, you possess:

• Mbo or hbo level of work and thinking, preferably in the direction of laboratory technology, food technology, or a similar field of study;
• Practical knowledge of chemistry (possibly supplemented with microbiological knowledge); you know what you are talking about when customers ask questions about analyses or samples;
• Experience within the food industry or a similar quality or laboratory environment is a major advantage;
• Experience with administrative processes and working with systems (such as LIMS, CRM, or ERP systems) is a plus.
