As Front Office Manager, you are the right hand of the branch manager. You are responsible for the daily management of the service planners and, in addition, you are actively involved in damage estimations and final calculations. You know what is happening, maintain an overview, and ensure that the processes within the front office run smoothly.

As Front Office Manager, you have an important role within our branch. You are the first point of contact for the service planners, supporting them where necessary, and ensuring that everyone can perform their duties well.

In addition, you remain actively involved in the estimation process yourself. You prepare damage estimations and final calculations, check them, and ensure that everything is handled correctly both administratively and substantively.

As the right hand of the branch manager, you think along about the daily course of affairs, identify areas for improvement, and take over responsibilities where necessary.

• Preparing, assessing, and checking damage estimations and final calculations;

• Daily management, guidance, and support of the service planners;

• Monitoring the quality and progress of the work within the front office;

• Acting as the right hand and sparring partner of the branch manager;

• Identifying bottlenecks and thinking along about improvements in work processes;

• Maintaining contact with customers, insurers, and other involved parties;

• Ensuring correct and timely administrative handling of damage files.

In this position, you are therefore not only busy managing colleagues, but you also remain substantively involved in the profession yourself.

You know the automotive damage industry and know exactly what is involved in preparing a good damage estimation. You are someone who naturally maintains an overview, takes responsibility, and knows how to lead colleagues in a pleasant but clear manner.

You do not necessarily have to have been a manager for many years. Even if you are an experienced damage estimator who is ready for a next step, we would love to get in touch with you.
