Our vacancy: Customer Service Representative Control Tower – 40 hours

Together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues, you are the first point of contact for a number of large (international) customers. For these customers, you plan and organize logistical services as efficiently as possible. These services are very diverse per customer, and therefore the challenge lies in maintaining an overview and control over the complete order processing. In doing so, you can make use of the logistical services of our other organizational units as well as external carriers.

You have a number of fixed customers in your area of focus, but as flexible as you are, you also work for other customers. In this role, you coordinate everything closely with your customers and ensure optimal information provision to them or to other parties. Think of arrival and departure times or loading and unloading times. You closely monitor whether the agreements made are being executed well and according to plan. On a daily basis, you communicate with your customers about the planning and order handling. And if something does not go well, you can help the customer with your problem-solving skills.

In our system, you report and administer matters accurately so that everything is correctly recorded as preparation for the back office colleagues, who handle the further invoicing.

In this position, you are part of the Supply Chain Solutions department of De Rijke Logistics B.V. and of accelerating value for the customer!

Additional information

The salary in the salary scale starts at € 3,631.60 gross per month (full-time) but increases based on your knowledge and experience.
Furthermore, you receive a contribution towards travel expenses, a home office allowance if applicable, and a nice pension scheme in accordance with the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer. For office staff, we have an additional employment conditions scheme.
