Service Advisor 24-32 hours

As a Junior Service Advisor at KIA Rotterdam, together with your colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
You help them with questions about their car, maintenance, and quotes, and ensure that every customer feels heard and helped.

In the meantime, you will learn how to ensure daily administration runs smoothly.
You will answer emails, process invoices, and support the workshop planning.
It is precisely the variety between customer contact, administration, and collaborating with the workshop that makes this position so enjoyable.

Experience is not the most important thing.
With your customer-oriented attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, you can develop yourself with us into an independent Service Advisor.
Experienced colleagues will guide you in this and teach you all aspects of the profession.
