What are you going to do?
Van Mossel is the official MG dealer of the Netherlands. For our branch in Purmerend, we are looking for a workshop manager. In this position, you will lead the team of mechanics in the workshop. We plan to grow, so there will be more of these in the future. You are responsible for optimal planning and the division of tasks within the team. This ensures our customers are helped as well and as quickly as possible, so that they can ultimately get back on the road without worries.

When necessary, you will jump in and roll up your sleeves. You guide and motivate your colleagues in the workshop. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise. You will primarily be dealing with cars of the MG brand. In addition, we also offer our premium service here, meaning customers will also bring in cars of other brands for repair. Among other things, your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Leading the team in the workshop;

• Ultimately responsible for the quality of the work performed;

• Advising on improving quality and efficiency;

• Communication with the importer regarding technical matters.

Who are you?
Of course, it is great if you already have experience as a workshop manager within the automotive sector, but if you have experience as a car mechanic and are a specialist in the field of car maintenance and repairs, we can teach you the leadership aspect. The most important thing for us is that you possess technical knowledge and are a true people person. Through your enthusiasm and involvement, you can motivate a team and guide individual employees in their development. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Completed education in automotive technology;

• Good communication skills;

• Preference is given to full-time availability.
