As a service advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers in Emmen. You welcome customers with a smile, listen to their wishes, and ensure they know exactly what to expect. Thanks to your customer-oriented attitude and organizational skills, the service process runs smoothly, from scheduling an appointment to the moment the customer picks up their car again.

You have daily contact with customers, mechanics, and colleagues in the workshop. In doing so, you ensure that all activities are well-coordinated and that customers are clearly informed about maintenance, repairs, and the progress of their car.

• Receiving and advising customers about maintenance and repairs;

• Scheduling workshop appointments;

• Creating work orders;

• Processing workshop administration;

• Maintaining contact with the workshop regarding the progress of the work;

• Providing a clear explanation of invoices and the work performed.

You are service-oriented, have strong communication skills, and know how to maintain an overview even during busy moments. You enjoy helping customers and have an affinity for the automotive industry. Experience as a service advisor is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. We find your enthusiasm and motivation to learn the trade more important.
