You have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
You are service-oriented, professional, and customer-friendly.
You can maintain an overview, even when it is busy, and switch easily between customer, workshop, and planning.
You think in a solution-oriented manner and communicate clearly.
You are available part-time.

The role

Are you someone who gets energy from customer contact and organizing a tight workshop schedule? Then this is your job.

What you'll do

You welcome customers at the counter, listen to their story, and ensure the mechanics know exactly what needs to be done. Meanwhile, you maintain an overview of the schedule and the progress in the workshop.

Does something go differently than expected? Then you switch quickly with the workshop manager and clearly discuss extra tasks with the customer. No surprises afterwards—you ensure that. Is the car ready? Then you arrange the invoice and take the time to explain everything properly. You ensure that the customer understands what has been done and departs with a good feeling.

In between, you order parts, keep the schedule in balance, and ensure that colleagues know where they stand.
