You work at our Campus in the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam. An open building with lots of light and a large garden.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from our own chefs using products from our own store, freshly cooked every day.
20% staff discount and unlimited Upfront products for personal use.
A private gym and wellness area with ice baths, sauna, showers, and changing rooms.
A MacBook and a SIM card for your business contacts.

24 vacation days per year.
And perhaps the most beautiful: the freedom. You decide for yourself how to approach your work. Within your field, you are the expert, and that is how we treat you. We love to give you the space to come up with and implement your own ideas.
The role
We are looking for a Replenishment Planner for our Foodstores. You will work from our head office in Rotterdam for all stores across the country. You determine what goes from our warehouse to the stores every day: enough to keep the shelves full, but not so much that fresh products are thrown away at the end of the day. Especially with meat, fish, and produce, every bit makes a difference. You are the link between the warehouse, the Foodstore Managers, and our supply and demand planning team.
Some days you are deep in the numbers. You plan the replenishments, notice that the salmon in one store is already gone before the evening rush, and adjust. Other weeks, you build the system behind it: how do we distribute stock across all Foodstores, how do we align delivery quantities with what actually fits on the shelf? How do we drive down shrinkage without availability suffering? And what does a transport network look like with the best routes, the lowest costs, and unloading times that work for both the warehouse and the store? You handle the daily planning and the underlying improvement simultaneously.
We are opening Foodstores all over the country, on our way to ten stores and beyond. Every new store is a new puzzle in your planning. Our short-term goal: an efficient transport network to all stores, allocation logic that you have set up yourself, and a clear view per store of availability, fill rate, and shrinkage. This role is new, so you will largely build it yourself. You are the owner of what is in our stores.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain an efficient transport network from our warehouse to all Foodstores, with the best routes, the lowest costs, and unloading times that coordinate warehouse and store
Develop and improve the allocation logic: how we distribute stock across the stores
Determine the layout of the Foodstores using our shelf tool and align delivery quantities with what fits on the shelf
Optimize store stock based on lead time and value
Monitor KPIs such as availability, fill rate, and shrinkage, and adjust where things go wrong
Work daily with the warehouse, the Foodstore Managers, and the supply and demand planning team
Hard requirements
You are analytical and think in numbers: you translate sales data and stock levels into a concrete decision about what will be located where tomorrow
You enjoy putting out fires. If a delivery fails or a store runs empty, you solve it the same day, and then you ensure it doesn't happen again
You are accurate in the daily planning and also think at a system level about how things can be improved
