And perhaps the most beautiful: the freedom. You decide for yourself how to approach your work. Within your field, you are the expert, and that is how we treat you. We love to give you the space to come up with and implement your own ideas.
The role
At Upfront, we are increasingly creating our own video and photo productions. Behind every shoot, there is a lot of organization: picking up items, receiving people, setting up the set, and tidying everything up properly afterwards. As an intern, you are the production assistant who ensures that everything and everyone is there on time.
After your internship, you will have worked on productions that actually see the light of day, and you will know exactly what is needed to make a shoot run smoothly.
What you'll do
Assisting on set during video and photo productions
Helping with preparation: planning, supplies, location, and crew
Picking up and dropping off props, equipment, and anything else that is needed
Receiving and hosting crew, talent, and guests on set
Ensuring hospitality on set: food, drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere
Wrapping up after the shoot: tidying up, returning items, and handing everything over properly
Responsibilities
Important: the internship period runs from 1 February 2027 up to and including 25 June 2027!
Hard requirements
Some days you will mostly be on the road: picking up props, dropping off equipment, and arranging last-minute details. Other days you will be on set, receiving the crew and guests, and ensuring everyone feels welcome. This requires someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, enjoys being a host, and cannot sit still.
