And perhaps the most beautiful: the freedom. You decide for yourself how to approach your work. Within your field, you are the expert, and that is how we treat you. We love to give you the space to come up with and implement your own ideas.
Important: the internship period runs from 1 February 2027 up to and including 25 June 2027!
In the coming year, we are going to organize more of our own events. Think of a Last Man Standing 2.0 and perhaps even our own marathon. Additionally, we are scheduled to be sponsors at about 10 marathons, and in 2027, we will be entering the festival world with our large range of Ready-2-drinks. As an intern in the events team, you will help set all of this up.
Some weeks you will be behind your laptop recruiting crew and comparing quotes side by side. Other weeks you will be out on a course early in the morning, solving things on the spot when they don't go as planned. This requires someone who loves organizing and isn't intimidated by a long day.
After your internship, you will have contributed to the professionalization and expansion of Upfront events, leaving a solid foundation upon which we can continue to build.

Executing operations on the day itself, from setup to teardown

Thinking along about the content of events: concept, activations, and experience
Switching gears quickly and finding solutions when things go differently on the day
