Service Planner

What you will do as a Service Planner:

• You plan and coordinate the deployment of our service technicians

• You order the materials for repairs to our elevators and escalators.

• You maintain contact with customers and colleagues

• You work independently for your own regions

• You ensure that everything is administratively recorded correctly

• You maintain an overview in a busy and dynamic schedule

• MBO-4 work and thinking level

• You love planning, organizing, and customer contact

• You work accurately, think ahead, and switch gears quickly

• Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP is a plus

• At least 32 hours per week availability

• Dutch is good, English is a plus
