Ensure control over supply planning within a dynamic maritime environment

As a Supply Planner at FincoEnergies, you ensure oversight and continuity within our supply chain. You support the planning of logistical movements and, in addition, play an important role in inventory management and the timely identification of potential shortages.

You work in a dynamic maritime environment in which accuracy, structure, and good collaboration are essential.

You are part of the Supply team and interact daily with internal and external parties. The role is versatile and offers room to further develop within supply, planning, or logistics.

You monitor processes, maintain oversight, and ensure that everything is followed up correctly and in a timely manner.

• You draw up an operational logistical plan based on available information and current overviews.

• You determine which parties must load at suppliers at what time and oversee the correct execution of the transport.

• You maintain contact with vessels and logistical partners regarding positions and progress, and inform relevant locations so they can anticipate accordingly.

• You organize, manage, and maintain all relevant documentation required for the proper execution of logistical activities.

• Once every three weeks, you are on call during evenings and weekends.

• You work in a structured manner and maintain oversight, even when many things are happening at once.

• You are accurate and have an eye for detail.

• You react quickly and remain calm in a dynamic environment.

• You communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders.

• You feel comfortable in a role in which you work extensively digitally and deal with systems.

• An MBO 4 education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience within planning, logistics, or a similar environment.

• Affinity with logistical (and maritime) processes.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and the ability to quickly master systems.

• Good command of Dutch and English.

For this role, we are looking for someone who already resides in the Netherlands.
