As Service Desk Planner, you ensure that our service technicians are in the right place at the right time. You maintain an overview, switch gears quickly, and ensure that both customers and colleagues know what to expect.

For temporary replacement during the absence of our colleague, we are looking for a Service Desk Planner. In this role, you are an important link between our customers, service technicians, and office colleagues. Maintenance work, service requests, and malfunctions arrive daily. You set priorities, schedule the work efficiently, and take into account urgency, location, required knowledge, and the available capacity of our technicians. Of course, a schedule does not always run as planned. An urgent malfunction in between, a job that runs over, or a change from the customer? You keep a cool head, adjust the schedule, and ensure that everyone is informed on time.

• Scheduling service, maintenance, and repair work.

• Coordinating and monitoring the daily schedule of our service technicians.

• Setting priorities for incoming malfunctions and urgent work.

• Coordinating with customers regarding appointments, changes, and the progress of work.

• Switching gears quickly when the schedule changes during the day.

• Taking into account the availability, location, and required knowledge and experience of technicians.

• Maintaining daily contact with service technicians and service desk colleagues.

• Identifying bottlenecks in the schedule and responding to them proactively.

• Processing and keeping relevant information up to date in the scheduling and ERP system.

• Thinking along about how we can organize our planning and service even more smartly and efficiently.

• Experience as a planner, service coordinator, or in a similar role is a plus.

• Affinity with technology or installation technology is a plus.

• You are organizationally strong and maintain an overview when many things happen at once.

• You can switch gears quickly and dare to set priorities.

• You communicate easily with both customers and technicians.

• You have a practical mindset and think in solutions.

• You work accurately and ensure that appointments are properly recorded.

• Experience with an ERP or scheduling system is a plus.

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
