Regional Manager

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction;
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience within a similar organization in a leadership role;
• You have experience in managing, guiding, and motivating a team of approximately 20 technical professionals in a project-oriented context;
• You have knowledge of RAW systematics and UAV;
• You are available 32 – 40 hours per week.

As a Regional Manager at SWARCO Netherlands, you are primarily responsible for the entire business operations and the growth of your region.

In this important and challenging role, you are ambitious, externally focused on your customers, keep an eye on market developments and trends, and generate new business. Internally, you initiate strategic business plans and translate these into a tactical, operational, and financially profitable implementation policy with a focus on growth.

You are connecting, entrepreneurial, and possess good leadership qualities, with which you ensure a stimulating, challenging, and safe working environment for your team. You attach great importance to the personal professional development of your employees. You coach and motivate your employees to achieve the best results.

With your regional team, you also make a valuable contribution to the objectives of the Business Unit RPS (Regional Project and Services) and are a valuable partner to your colleagues within RPS.

Your daily work also consists of the following components

• The daily management of your team of project coordinators, supervisors, service coordinators, and the warehouse manager;
• Proactively taking responsibility for the market, the financial results, and the employees of your region;
• Initiating improvements and optimizing processes regarding resource planning, work preparation, project execution, contract management, and project control;
• Drawing up annual budgets, in which commerce and operations come together;
• Stakeholder management with various customers (particularly municipalities and provinces), suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Contributing to and participating in the strategic initiatives within the Business Unit RPS.

• Salary! With us, you can count on a salary between the €5260.77 to €9540.57 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment. We consider finding a good work-life balance to be important
• A good pension built up at the PMT pension fund, of which approximately 2/3 is paid by SWARCO.
• A lease car that you can also drive privately;
• Company laptop and phone;
• Performance bonus that can amount to a maximum of 2 gross monthly salaries;
