Supervisor

You have at least a completed MBO 4 education in electrical engineering or energy technology, about 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the energy or infrastructure sector, and a driver's license B.

• A salary between € 3,556 and € 6,377 gross per month, depending on your experience.

• A lease car, laptop, and smartphone.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days.

• A variable profit sharing and a good pension scheme via PMT.

• Plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and grow.

From traffic lights that keep traffic moving to lighting that makes our roads safe. Behind all that technology are people who know what they are doing. And you? You ensure that everything runs smoothly outside!

For SWARCO in Zoetermeer, we are looking for a supervisor who loves to take the reins. Someone who understands the technology, knows their people, and gets energy from projects that deliver visible results.

Lots of responsibility, plenty of freedom, and a new challenge every day. Sounds good? Then please read on!

You ensure it runs smoothly outside!

While the project coordinator handles the preparation, you ensure the plans become reality. You will have about 5 to 8 projects under your care and will be the primary point of contact on location.

You manage technicians and subcontractors, maintain control over planning, budget, and quality, and ensure that traffic installations and public lighting are commissioned safely and on time.

But your role goes beyond just organizing the work. You:

• Give your team direction, confidence, and the space to deliver good work.

• Liaise with clients, the project coordinator, and the regional manager.

• Anticipate risks and deviations and intervene when necessary.

• Identify additional work and think along about smarter and more efficient working methods.

• Ensure everyone works safely and can get to work with pleasure.

Something goes differently than planned? Then you keep a cool head, act quickly, and ensure everyone can continue.

You will get the freedom to organize your projects yourself and take true ownership. Not a role in which you only manage from an office, but one in which you are visible on location and make a difference.

At SWARCO, you will join an informal organization with short lines, humor, and colleagues who pull together. You will get the space to contribute your own ideas, advance your team, and develop yourself.

And of course, there is something beautiful in return:

Technical skills in your fingers, people at heart.

You know how things work at a project location. You understand the technology, maintain an overview when many things are happening at once, and know how to get a team moving.

Do you want to be not only responsible for projects, but also have real influence on how they are executed? And does it appeal to you to build safer and smarter mobility together with your team?

Then a great opportunity awaits you at SWARCO in Zoetermeer.

Then we at SWARCO would love to meet you! To do so, please contact Kim Rouwenhorst (Recruitment Consultant). Her phone number is (06) 27 57 21 95 or via kim.rouwenhorst@swarco.com

Acquisition is not appreciated.

You are clear when necessary, coaching where possible, and not afraid to make decisions. You don't have to do everything yourself, but you know exactly what is needed to achieve a good result together.
