Regio Controller

• At least 5 years of work experience as a Controller, preferably within the technical world (installation technology) or infrastructure.
• Demonstrable experience with project management and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience with forecasts, prognoses, and reporting.
• Relevant education in finance, business economics, or a similar field.

As Regio Controller West Netherlands at SWARCO, you play a crucial role in the financial management of our projects and contracts and the total P&L. You work closely with the Regio Managers and the Project Leaders and act as a sounding board for the region. You are the financial conscience of the regions and you are an important link to realize the goals. Your input has value and is appreciated. Your responsibilities include, among other things, the preparation of forecasts, prognoses, and reports. This position offers a dynamic working environment in which you can deploy your analytical skills and project experience to optimize our financial processes.

Your tasks:

• Collaborating with the Regio Managers and Project Leaders to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Preparing accurate forecasts and prognoses for various projects.
• Performing detailed financial analyses and reports.
• Monitoring project budgets and financial performance.
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities and advising management.
• Supporting the development and implementation of financial processes and systems.
