Project Leader

As a project leader, you make all your projects in public spaces a success. Whether it involves a redesign, the realization of a nature reserve, or the construction of underground infrastructure. You are responsible from start to finish for projects for various clients, including different municipalities, property developers, and contractors in (the vicinity of) Zwolle.

You are responsible for all your projects in the vicinity of Zwolle and sit directly at the table with our clients. Additionally, you monitor costs and manage designers, drafters, specification writers, and supervisors. You will become part of a friendly and ambitious team and will be given the space to take initiative and further develop yourself.

• You work for various clients: from provinces and municipalities to property developers and contractors

• You can easily switch between your projects

• You monitor quality and are proud of your work

• You preferably work full-time at our office in Zwolle

• Or (in consultation) also from home or another Bureau Schmidt location

As a project leader...

You have at least three years of experience as a project leader. You know how to organize projects, connect interests, and achieve results together with different parties. You are proactive and have strong communication skills, and you work together with your colleagues to deliver the very best result for the client.
