What we're looking for

You have a completed HBO or WO degree;
You possess 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
You have experience with BPM, requirements analysis, Agile/Scrum, user stories, use cases, and drafting designs;
You have good knowledge of business operations and management processes;
You have experience in facilitating workshops and/or providing training;
You are familiar with IT development methods and frameworks and can substantively assess IT solutions.

The role

As a Senior PMO in Zwolle, you will work for various clients in the Northeast region on setting up, designing, and optimizing the Project Management Office (PMO). You develop a clear and supported approach for project and program management, tailored to the specific organization, culture, and change capacity of the client. Using your expertise, you implement and manage PMO tools, standards, and methodologies to ensure structure, quality, and predictability of projects. You provide oversight and uniformity through the harmonization and standardization of working methods and actively stimulate knowledge sharing within client organizations and teams. By continuously evaluating and improving, you deliver direct value to various organizations and help them successfully realize their project goals and strategy.
