Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Several years of hands-on experience with developing and managing Power Platform solutions, particularly with Power Automate.

  • Experience with ALM within Power Platform: solutions, environments, deployment pipelines, connection references, and environment variables.

  • Experience with connectors, roles, and permissions.

  • Knowledge of APIs and data integrations.

Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus, as is experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, identity solutions, or Azure. You do not need to be a specialist in every area. However, we do expect that you have already built Power Platform solutions that go beyond an experiment or demonstration. From that foundation, you will further develop yourself in AI agents and workflow automation.

At Strukton, you work in a professional but accessible environment where collaboration is important. You can count on:

Nice to have

  • HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking.

  • Interest in AI agents and generative AI and the motivation to further develop yourself in this area.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • A salary of € 4,400 to € 7,000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge, experience, and the level at which you enter.
  • A good pension with Rail & OV: a strong fund that leads the way in sustainable investing. Are you currently in another fund? Please note that Rail & OV already transitioned to the new pension system on January 1, 2026.
  • 38 days off and a net general expense allowance;
  • Don't live around the corner? No problem. We reimburse your travel expenses per kilometer, so you can travel without worry.
  • Ample training and development opportunities to further shape your career;
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work hybrid;
  • Cycle to work affordably with a lease bike through our scheme

The role

Within Strukton, colleagues are increasingly building agents and automations themselves. What is still missing is the technical foundation to allow promising initiatives to grow into reliable, secure, and manageable solutions. You are going to establish that foundation.

You will work primarily with Copilot Studio and Power Automate, connecting agents and workflows with data sources, APIs, and existing systems. You will not only build the solutions but also help determine how we develop, test, publish, and manage within Power Platform. Much of this is still open, and that is exactly where you will make the difference.

You will build this role within a new AI team, for an organization of over 4,000 colleagues.

What you'll do

This is what you will do

Not every agent or automation that arises in the business needs to be centrally developed. You will build and manage solutions that, due to their complexity, scope, or impact, do need to be handled centrally. Additionally, you will support colleagues who build themselves and set up the technical framework they need for this.

  • Designing, building, testing, publishing, and managing AI agents and workflows in Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

  • Further developing application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform: solutions, separate development, test, and production environments, and deployment pipelines.

  • Connecting agents and workflows with data sources, APIs, and existing systems.

  • Further developing promising experiments from the business into reliable and manageable solutions.

  • Together with involved IT colleagues, technically setting up agreed frameworks for environments, permitted connections, roles, permissions, and publication.

  • Guiding colleagues who build agents and automations themselves: thinking along about the setup, helping when they get stuck, and indicating when something must be handled centrally.

  • Developing reusable components and patterns and solving technical problems.

  • Identifying when a different technical route is more suitable and coordinating this with the Solution Architect and Generative AI Engineer.

You do not determine the technical route or architecture of an initiative alone; we make that assessment together. Within the Power Platform route, you are the one who knows how to professionally develop, roll out, and manage a solution.

At Strukton, we believe that diversity and inclusion contribute to a stronger organization. We offer equal opportunities to everyone and strive for a work environment in which differences are valued, talent can develop, and everyone feels welcome.

In their own words

About the company & team

You will join Strukton's AI team, which we are building under the Head of AI. Alongside you, a Generative AI Engineer will join for the pro-code route: solutions that require custom development. You are the specialist for the low-code route: agents and workflows within Power Platform. Which route best fits an initiative is determined together with the Solution Architect.

You will work closely with IT colleagues in the areas of Data & Integrations, Architecture, Cloud, Security & Infra, and the M365 team. In the Netherlands, over 40 IT professionals work on the systems, applications, data, and infrastructure that support the operation. At Strukton, IT is a partner to the business.

The solutions you work on help colleagues find information faster, reduce manual steps, and design work processes more intelligently within an organization that builds sustainable infrastructure both domestically and abroad.

Additional information

You are technically strong and get energy from solutions that are actually used. You ask follow-up questions to understand what colleagues truly need and translate that into a working agent or automation. In doing so, you think beyond an initial demonstration: you know what is required to bring a solution into production in a controlled manner and maintain it thereafter.

You explain technical choices in an understandable way, help colleagues who are just starting out, and know when to involve other expertise.
