Requirements
What we're looking for
- A completed university (WO) or higher professional (HBO) degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
- At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft-driven technology and cloud transformations
- In-depth hands-on and architectural knowledge of one or preferably multiple Microsoft Cloud Platforms, such as: Azure: landing zones, networking, identity & access (Entra ID), security & compliance; Azure Data & AI: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, data platforms
- Experience with Generative AI & Copilot implementations
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud and enterprise architectures, integrations, APIs, and legacy modernization
- Proven track record in designing, positioning, and leading end-to-end Microsoft solutions
- Experience with pre-sales, demand generation, solution shaping, and propositions within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to translate complex technical choices into business impact at the CIO/CTO and board level
- Strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, consultants)
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

What you'll get

What you'll do
Your new job | About your key responsibilities
Technology forms the foundation of almost every organizational transformation. As a Microsoft Platform Manager within the Consulting platform organization, you are responsible for driving demand, shaping propositions, and leading client engagements on the Microsoft platform.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commerce, working on both strategic issues and large-scale transformation programs in which Microsoft technology plays a central role. Our service delivery is based on: Transformation@Scale | Innovation@Speed | Humans@Center
- Developing and executing demand generation and go-to-market strategies for Microsoft solutions
- Identifying, qualifying, and expanding client opportunities within AI, Azure, and Dynamics 365
- Positioning Microsoft solutions towards CIO, CTO, and business leadership
- Leading pre-sales and proposition engagements in collaboration with consultants and architects
- Directing (parts of) complex technology and AI transformations
- Intensive collaboration with Microsoft and other strategic partners
- Coaching and developing consultants within the Microsoft domain
- Contributing to thought leadership, propositions, and market positioning

Amsterdam
Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant area where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival. Within the EY Microsoft Platform Team, you will work from three interconnected propositions:
- AI Business Transformation - translating strategy and business goals into scalable AI solutions (incl. Copilot & GenAI)
- Legacy & Cloud - modernization and migration of legacy environments to Microsoft Azure
- Platforms & Apps - development of future-proof digital platforms and applications on the Microsoft ecosystem
