Are you an experienced Platform Architect with a passion for low-code, AI, and building scalable platforms? Within Capgemini, you will step into a unique environment: the Power Platform domain is a new, fast-growing sub-department within the Microsoft cluster. This means you will work in a setting that feels like a startup, with plenty of room for entrepreneurship, influence, and building something new—together with colleagues such as Dirk Zekveld and other experts in the field.
You play a crucial role in designing robust Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments and ensuring they are secure, compliant, and future-proof. You are part of a multidisciplinary team of Capgemini colleagues, in which you determine the technical course and help organizations extract maximum value from low-code and AI.
You design and realize enterprise-grade platforms based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio. You determine how the platform is optimally configured: from governance models and security guidelines to lifecycle management and integration with existing IT landscapes.
You translate business and IT strategies into scalable, manageable, and secure platform architectures. In doing so, you make choices regarding tenant configuration, data management, identity & access management, and compliance, so that organizations can scale up in a controlled manner with low-code and AI solutions.
You work in environments where DevOps, security, and governance are central and ensure that platforms meet enterprise requirements. In addition, you are actively involved in setting up standards, frameworks, and best practices that are applied widely within the organization.
Additionally, you provide direction to teams working with the Power Platform. You coach developers and citizen developers, monitor technical quality, and help teams build solutions in a structured manner.
You stimulate knowledge sharing and are active within communities surrounding low-code and AI. You contribute to the development of standards and best practices and help colleagues grow in their technical and professional development.
You also fulfill a key role towards the client. You brainstorm with product owners, enterprise architects, and other stakeholders about platform strategies, governance setup, and the deployment of AI within their organization.
You guide organizations from vision and architecture to implementation and adoption. Additionally, you help set up proof-of-concepts, give workshops, and take clients along in the possibilities of Power Platform and Copilot Studio towards future-proof solutions.
