As Teamlead IT Data & Integrations, do you want to build a professional data and integration domain that moves all of Strukton forward? You provide direction to technical choices, priorities, and execution, and together with the architect and a team of 8 IT professionals, you ensure reliable data, scalable integrations, and a future-proof central data platform.

A technical foundation already exists. In the coming years, you will broaden, standardize, and centralize this. You bring cohesion to architecture, processes, and technology, and translate the IT strategy into concrete solutions for the business. In doing so, you will be given the space to make decisions, further professionalize the team, and realize visible technical results.

You lead the Data & Integrations team and hold ultimate responsibility for the development and performance of the domain. Together with the architect, you determine the technical course, set priorities, and translate plans into achievable roadmaps and concrete results. You monitor progress, quality, costs, security, and continuity, and intervene timely when bottlenecks arise.

With the team, you develop and improve AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Geo Services, FME Flow, data reports, the central data platform, and API and system integrations between business-critical applications. You ensure that data and integration solutions are reliable, reusable, secure, scalable, and manageable for the entire organization.

• Together with the architect, you determine the data and integration architecture. You are responsible for the assignment, frameworks, priorities, and results; the architect is substantively leading within those frameworks. You weigh technical choices against business value, information security, manageability, continuity, and costs.
• You improve data governance, master data management, data quality, reporting, and integrations, so that the business can rely on up-to-date and usable information.
• You work intensively with process owners, IT Business Partners, architecture, security, and suppliers. You translate diverse interests into clear decision-making, supported priorities, and executable solutions.
• You lead implementations, migrations, and technical projects from decision to delivery. You manage scope, planning, quality, and results, and ensure that the team meets agreements and delivers demonstrable value.

You are a decisive IT leader who combines technical depth with overview, collaboration, and result-orientation. You do not need to be the best specialist yourself, but you understand complex issues, ask sharp questions, and provide professionals with direction and confidence.

• HBO+ working and thinking level and experience in leading IT professionals, for example as a team lead, technical lead, or functional manager.
• A solid technical foundation in data, system integration, software development, or IT architecture and sufficient depth to critically question specialists and make technical decisions. Experience with data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality is important.
• Experience with complex IT landscapes, business-critical applications, data platforms, and integration issues.
• Demonstrable experience with change management and leading implementations, migrations, and technical IT projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect IT, business, security, architecture, and suppliers.
• A coaching leadership style, supplemented with the decisiveness to set priorities, make decisions, and realize results.

Experience with project organizations and/or the industry is a plus.
