• As a Platform Engineer Airport Service Bus, you will work on a business-critical integration platform at the heart of airport operations. You will oversee and improve the platform as a whole, take ownership of complex platform-wide initiatives, and ensure that stability, performance, and reliability are sustainably guaranteed in a mission-critical environment.

• The team is known for both maintaining and innovating mission-critical integration. The Airport Service Bus provides 24/7 reliable exchange of messages and events between internal systems and external supply chain partners.

As a Platform Engineer Airport Service Bus, you ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous development of the Airport Service Bus platform. You think beyond individual integrations and focus on the cohesion, operational quality, and future-proofing of the platform. How exactly you realize this? That is up to you. You will apply your talents to:

• ensuring the reliability and scalability of the integration platform as a whole.

• leading complex troubleshooting and optimization issues at the platform and integration level.

• designing and maintaining high-available platform architecture for the Airport Service Bus.

• initiating and realizing platform-wide improvements, from design to implementation.

• organizing and coordinating larger initiatives (e.g., platform migrations, improvements in runtime or deployment).

• improving CI/CD, automation, and deployment processes for the platform and the integrations running on it.

• ensuring end-to-end observability and monitoring of the platform and integrations.
