What we're looking for

We are looking for colleagues with the following skills and competencies:

You have experience working within the Microsoft Power Platform.
You are familiar with the main components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Azure integrations is a plus.
You work in a structured manner, can set priorities, and communicate clearly.
You have an affinity for knowledge sharing and mentoring colleagues.
You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.

Depending on your work experience, a gross monthly salary between € 4,375 and € 5,815,- based on a full-time position.
26 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.

The role

As a Senior Power Platform Engineer within the Netcompany team, you will work on the management, maintenance, and further development of solutions used daily by multiple users. You will ensure that the Power Platform environments remain reliable, secure, and future-proof, and that users have the best possible experience.

You have a solid technical foundation in the Microsoft ecosystem and know how to translate functional requirements into stable and scalable solutions. At the same time, you help less experienced colleagues deepen their knowledge and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our team.

What you'll do

Managing, maintaining, and further developing Power Platform solutions.
Building new functionalities in Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
Ensuring the continuity, security, and performance of the platforms.
Analyzing and resolving technical incidents.
Sharing knowledge and mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
Advising on improvements and new developments within the Power Platform.
