This job advert was originally written in Dutch.
The role
As a sleep warden, you stay on-site during the night. You are the point of contact for clients when necessary and contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment. You monitor the day and night rhythm and offer support when unexpected situations arise. As a sleep warden, it is important that you can act independently, remain calm, and know how to find practical solutions in the event of emergencies. You are self-assured and can, when necessary, consult by telephone with a colleague from the on-call service. In most cases, as a sleep warden, you can sleep undisturbed in a separate bedroom on-site. In the morning, you support clients where necessary, for example, with medication administration and personal care. You ensure a proper handover to your colleagues before going home. You work one night per week (a shift lasts approximately 8 hours).
