• You are following the mbo level 4 education for Personal Counselor in Social Care;

• You are available for at least 2 days per week;

• Due to our target group, it is important that you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;

• We expect that you can reflect on your own actions, have your own input during internship meetings, and can set personal learning goals;

• You can collaborate well and provide an active contribution;

• You can quickly build and maintain relationships and are flexible;

• You are self-assured, set boundaries, and can work independently;

• It is important that you can switch quickly from one thing to another.
