Are you someone who knows how to radiate calm and safety? Then the role of sleep monitor is for you. You begin your shift at 21:30 with a handover from your colleagues. During the night, you are present on location and ensure that clients feel safe. The night is often quiet. You sleep on location in a separate room and you only work when it is truly necessary. In unexpected situations, you keep a cool head and take appropriate measures. Of course, you can always fall back on the on-call service for consultation or support, so you are never entirely alone. From 07:00, you help where necessary with the start of the day, for example by administering medication or waking residents. Subsequently, you hand over your shift to the residential support during the handover with a cup of coffee or tea. Around 8:30 am, you conclude your shift. This position is for 1 night per week, making it easy to combine with other commitments. For the hours from 23:00 to 07:00, you are paid for 4 hours. During these hours, you can sleep if you are not called upon. If you are woken during the night after all, these hours will be compensated.
