Electrical Site Supervisor LV/MV

For our location in Delft, we are looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor. Even if you do not yet have all the required authorizations, we offer an extensive training and induction program so that you can work safely and independently in our electricity grid.

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the safe and high-quality execution of activities in our network. You maintain an overview of projects, direct contractors, and ensure that activities are carried out according to schedule, work plans, and safety regulations. Thanks to your technical knowledge, organizational talent, and communication skills, everyone involved knows exactly what needs to be done.

A day as an electrical site supervisor:

• You draw up work and operation plans and ensure safe execution according to the applicable BEI guidelines.
• You switch and set up installations safely so that work can be carried out.
• You provide instructions and directions to executing employees, contractors, and work crews.
• You supervise the execution of activities and oversee compliance with safety regulations.
• You ensure that installations are safely put back into operation after the work is completed.
• You contribute to a safe, reliable, and future-proof energy supply for our customers.
• You participate in the on-call and emergency service, through which you also play an important role outside of office hours in resolving outages and safely restoring the energy supply.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly where you stand

• A salary of up to € 5,622 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.
• A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance). That means a maximum of € 1,349 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• €700 (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your gym membership or your new sportswear

On top of that, there is this:

• Grow and develop? With us, it is possible. Follow courses or training; we pay for them.
• A laptop and phone, or € 30 net per month if you use your own phone.
• You will receive a company car from us. That way, you are in the driver's seat of your own work!

Safety is always your number one priority. You are technically and communicatively strong, know how to involve people in your plans, and maintain an overview, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously. Thanks to your knowledge of electrical engineering and execution processes, you ensure that everyone can work safely and efficiently.

Furthermore, you have:

• An MBO level 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering Infra, Medium Voltage Installation Technician, or Data/Electrical Technician. Or a valid admission via the CKB lateral entry route.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an AVP LV and MV.
• The BEI-WV LV and MV authorizations, or the willingness to obtain these within one year.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
