The role
As a Low Voltage In-company Instructor (possibly in combination with Gas), you will work at the Stedin Academy (Goes location), our corporate school that trains all our technical personnel. Here, you are responsible for the retraining and upskilling of our colleagues, thereby contributing directly to the energy transition.
Your energy in the plus
Why working at Stedin gives you energy:
A job with a lot of variety in which you are continuously challenged and can help others develop.
A job in which you can apply your knowledge and expertise in the field of low voltage, and perhaps Gas, for the benefit of the energy transition.
An attractive salary and, on top of that, a personal budget of 24% and a Sustainable Employability budget of 700 euros per year.
Work to be proud of
At the Stedin Academy, you work in the very heart of the energy transition and apply your knowledge and expertise in the field of low voltage toward this goal. You train fellow technicians, contribute to safe and competent working practices, and ensure that courses and training always align with the latest developments. You combine practical lessons with theoretical depth and play an important role in strengthening the culture of craftsmanship within Stedin.
A day as an in-company instructor at the Stedin Academy:
You start the day by preparing and giving practical instructions in low voltage: safe operation, securing, locating faults, and the use of measuring equipment.
You supervise groups of trainees during technical training sessions and also provide exam training so that they enter the exam prepared and confident.
You register and administer the progress and results of trainees and ensure that all data is accurately recorded.
You provide safety instructions and keep knowledge up to date by constantly aligning training with new standards, systems, and technical developments.
You collaborate with fellow instructors and participate in working groups to continuously improve training, materials, and teaching approaches.
Here is how you recharge
All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:
A gross monthly salary between € 3,666.- and € 5,622.- (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
An annual € 700,- (gross) Sustainable Employability budget to spend on your own energy, for example, for your gym membership or sportswear.
On top of that, there is this:
You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.
With these qualities, you will grow here
You are familiar with the applicable instructions and can explain and elaborate on them clearly. You know how to bridge the gap between theory and practice and closely follow developments within the field. You are at a point in your career where you would like to pass on your knowledge and experience to others. In this way, you also work on your own development. You are not afraid to address people regarding their behavior and way of working. By nature, you work according to established procedures. You are a driven professional with a result-oriented attitude. This is not only valued by us, but also rewarded.
