You are an experienced project leader who maintains an overview and communicates clearly. You know how mechanical installations proceed in projects and you feel responsible for both the team and the final result. You work proactively, know how to relieve clients and colleagues of their worries, and switch flexibly when something changes.

Experience as a project leader within mechanical installations;
MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in installation technology or mechanical engineering;
Experience in managing teams and collaborating with different disciplines;
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect people;
Technical insight and the ability to assess and explain choices;
An eye for planning, finances, and project results;
A structured way of working and the ability to think ahead.

You are someone who likes to take control, keeps agreements, and strives for the best result together with the team.

The role

For the further growth of our organization, we are looking for a Project Leader for 32 to 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

As Project Leader, you are the pivot in our projects. You bring structure, maintain the overview, and ensure that everyone knows where they stand. You lead the team, maintain contact with clients, and ensure that projects run smoothly from start to delivery.

In doing so, you monitor not only the technical aspects and planning, but also the financial result. You signal deviations in a timely manner, adjust where necessary, and ensure the correct handling of additional and reduced work as well as milestone invoicing.

Directing and supervising work preparation, technicians, and subcontractors;
Ensuring clear consultation and making clear agreements within the project;
Assessing installation drawings and technical choices;
Monitoring the planning and progress and adjusting in a timely manner where necessary;
Identifying and controlling risks and deviations;
Maintaining contact with clients and participating in project meetings;
Steering towards efficient working and an optimal project result;
Financial monitoring of projects, including forecasts and budgets;
Identifying, quoting, and obtaining approval for additional and reduced work;
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely and correct milestone invoicing.
