Project Leader Digital Transformations Housing Associations

• A completed HBO or WO degree;

• Minimum 3 to 8+ years of relevant experience as a project leader, program manager, or consultant within the housing association sector;

• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with the housing association sector;

• Experience with one or more widely used housing association systems, such as Zig365, Tobias365, GRIP, or similar solutions;

• An integral vision on projects, where you connect process improvement, data, information provision, change management, and technology;

• Experience with stakeholder management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels;

• Strong communication and organizational skills;

• Affinity with digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven working;

• Knowledge of Lean, Business Process Management, customer journeys, and/or continuous improvement;

• A relevant network within the housing association sector or the ambition to expand this further;

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar are a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader with knowledge of the housing association sector and a passion for digital transformation. You understand the challenges facing housing associations and know how processes, data, systems, and human behavior converge in successful change trajectories.

In this role, you will lead complex projects at housing associations, where you have an eye not only for technical implementation, but specifically for integral change within the organization. You move easily between management, process owners, information managers, suppliers, and end users, ensuring that projects deliver actual results.

With your experience within the housing association sector and knowledge of widely used ERP and CRM systems, you will be a strong interlocutor for our clients. Ideally, you also possess a relevant network within the sector and enjoy actively contributing to the further growth of our services.

• You lead digitalization, change, and implementation projects within housing associations from initiative to successful go-live;

• You are responsible for planning, progress, budget, quality, and stakeholder management;

• You ensure an integral approach where processes, data, systems, governance, adoption, and organizational development converge;

• You guide implementations and optimizations of solutions within the housing association domain, including systems such as Zig365, Tobias365, GRIP, and related applications;

• You translate organizational objectives into concrete improvements in processes, information provision, and services;

• You facilitate workshops, decision-making processes, and change processes within the organization;

• You build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients and other stakeholders within the housing association sector;

• You actively contribute to the further development of our services towards housing associations;

• You utilize your network to identify market opportunities and help contribute to the growth of MLC within the housing association sector.
