Whether it concerns time, budget, quality, or safety: as a project manager, you keep a close eye on every aspect of a project.
You are responsible for the organization and realization of one or sometimes even multiple large-scale residential construction projects. From the preparation phase onwards, you are closely involved and we like to think along with you, but we also expect you to actively think along with the client, the team, and the residents. Strong customer contact and building long-term chain collaborations are second nature to you.
You are given the freedom and responsibility to shape the continuity of your teams yourself - from project to project. You know the work of a project manager like no other. During the preparations, you provide your vision on the work to be carried out: how can it be smarter, faster, and above all, safer? You work closely with colleagues from different disciplines and lead a professional project team. Together, you ensure that the project objectives and the agreed quality are achieved.

Your knowledge of LEAN working, BIM, and renovation challenges you to work in a distinctive and customer-oriented manner. You follow developments, improvements, and innovations within the construction sector closely, and you always involve your colleagues in them enthusiastically.
