• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours, with a compensation budget up to 7,101.67 gross per month, including holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

• As a Data Governance Professional, you combine technical knowledge with an understanding of processes, risks, and business needs;
• You work with frameworks such as DMBOK/DAMA and implement modern metadata management with tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica;
• You ensure that data is reliable, findable, compliant, and well-managed;
• You advise clients on data strategy, data quality, lineage, governance, and compliance, and translate complex issues into practical, scalable solutions;
• Through workshops, stakeholder management, and guidance, you help organizations truly become mature in the field of data management.

• You work closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders and take ownership of solutions that are technically sound and actually land within the organization;
• You work on challenging data management and governance projects at large organizations throughout the Netherlands;
• Work together in a close-knit community of data experts who challenge you professionally;
• Personal guidance via a dedicated Career Manager and a personal development plan;

• Demonstrable experience with data management and metadata management in complex environments;
• Experience with catalog, glossary, and data lineage setup;
• Knowledge of DMBOK/DAMA and experience with tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, and/or Informatica;
• Experience with stakeholder management and change management approaches;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or Fabric is a plus;
• Consultancy experience is a plus.
