Data Analyst Customer Operations (32 - 40 hours)

This is a role for someone who looks beyond the dashboard. You will be given the freedom to dive into all areas of Customer Operations: from customer service to the warehouse, from showroom to repair center. You discover where opportunities lie and translate data into concrete improvements that colleagues notice every day.

You are just as curious about a Power BI dashboard as you are about the question of why colleagues in the returns department perform the same action three times. Behind every graph lies a story, and you want to understand that story. That is why you will work hybridly between our head office in Waddinxveen and the store location in Moordrecht: precisely by seeking out the operation, you know where the figures come from.

You will get plenty of room to experiment with data, AI, and new technology. You report to the Manager Services and work intensively with the managers and supervisors of customer service, logistics, repair, and the store. Additionally, together with the other data analysts at HBM, you will build an increasingly smarter company that is growing rapidly throughout Europe.

• You analyze the performance of customer service, store, logistics, repair, and returns and discover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• You develop forecasting models for customer contact, capacity, and workload.

• You build and improve dashboards and reports in Power BI, based on data from various internal and external sources.

• You advise managers based on facts instead of gut feeling and develop process models for more efficient ways of working.

• You contribute ideas regarding AI applications, automation, and new data models that further professionalize HBM.
