Data Analyst Online Operations

• A gross salary between €4,147.20 and €5,923.20 per 4-week period, based on 40 hours per week.
• Converted to a monthly salary, this amounts to approximately €4,492.80 to €6,416.80 gross per month.
• An annual bonus of up to 5% of your annual salary based on organizational objectives.

As a Data Analyst Online Operations, you are responsible for independently performing complex analyses and developing data-driven solutions, including dashboarding, that help the operation perform better.

Your responsibilities include

• Translating operational issues into clear research designs, analyses, and concrete advice.
• Independently performing complex analyses on large and raw datasets.
• Developing data models and combining different data sources to create new insights.
• Programming and automating analyses using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Building, managing, and further developing dashboards, reports, and data streams for operational decision-making.
• Identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement within the online operation.
• Proactively advising stakeholders based on data insights and analyses.
• Contributing to the Data & Analytics roadmap and developing new data-driven solutions for the operation.
• Actively contributing to knowledge development within the field.

You are analytically strong, curious, and know how to translate complex data into understandable insights. You enjoy looking beyond the question behind the question and get energy from discovering patterns, connections, and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you know how to bring stakeholders along in your analyses and advice and do not shy away from any resistance from management.
