Nice to have
This job advert was originally written in Dutch.
Do you possess a university degree (WO) in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, or Computer Science) and at least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
To limit your travel time on office days, you have a maximum travel time (one way) of one hour from Breukelen.
Do you have experience with SQL (complex queries and optimization) and an affinity for setting up the semantic layer (experience/affinity with dbt is a plus).
Are you strong in bringing stakeholders and teams along, training them, and getting them enthusiastic.
Do you have a curious and driven attitude to continuously deepen your knowledge of prompt engineering and AI validation.
Salary: Between € 5,000 and € 5,500 (based on full-time employment / 40 hours).
Pension: A pension scheme fully paid by ZorgDomein (6% premium).
Leave: We do not record your vacation days. We assume a basis of 25 leave days (based on 40 hours) per year.
Fun: We make our fourth value a reality with (sports) activities and events that keep us fit and connected.
As a Data Analyst at ZorgDomein, you are the driving force between data and business. You help our teams make data-driven decisions by helping to build the foundation through which business users can directly ask their own data questions via AI agents. Together with the Analytics Engineer, you bridge the gap between the central semantic layer (dbt) and the organization.
In this role, you use data and smart AI technology to help ZorgDomein make data-driven decisions, thereby making healthcare in the Netherlands a little faster and better every day.
You are the trailblazer for AI Readiness & Governance: you define the semantic layer in dbt and ensure that the organization thoroughly documents data and definitions for reliable AI outputs.
You safeguard data quality and logic by critically validating AI-generated output and drafting sharp prompting instructions.
You write and optimize complex SQL queries to accurately analyze and structure data from various sources.
You are the driver of business adoption: you gather data needs from stakeholders and train colleagues to work effectively and critically with AI agents (such as in Amplitude, AWS QuickSight, or Nao).
Your mission:
Have you outgrown the traditional analyst role (or are you ready to take that step)? Your goal is to elevate our analytics department to a higher level as a driver of AI adoption. You combine the technical foundation of smart AI applications with the human side: training, convincing, and bringing the entire team along.
You are part of a team of two Data Analysts and one Analytics Engineer, where you work intensively with our Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
We are looking for a driven professional who feels connected to our mission: making patient care in the Netherlands a little better every day.
Furthermore:
You recognize yourself in our four core values and are willing to continue developing yourself in these areas:
Connect yourself - with the mission, your colleagues, and our users.
Be sharp - on quality, details, and innovation.
Be constructive - in your communication and collaboration.
Have fun - in your work and with your team.
