In your role as Data Analyst, you will:

• Act as a data sparring partner for our stakeholders for KPIs and reporting, providing relevant insights for the right audience.
• Understand the underlying processes of various products and services and will be able to make good connections.
• Work on interesting cases both independently and jointly with your fellow analysts.
• Participate in complex long-term projects, with a focus on continuous delivery and an MVP way-of-working.
• Extract usable insights from large data sources and perform periodic/ad hoc quantitative analyses and reporting.
• Perform data research/analysis on various datasets (products, transactions, channels, customers).
• Get the opportunity to develop your data science knowledge by collaborating with the Advanced Analytics & AI CoE on experiments and Proof of Concepts and translating business questions into valuable Advanced Analytics & AI use cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and promote your teams that work together at different levels.
• Optimize the art of storytelling through numbers and effective visualization techniques.
• Work analytically and organized and have an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.
• Focus on continuous improvement and the automation of current processes.

You will join the Transaction Banking Data Domain, a team of over 40 data professionals in the Netherlands and India. Together, we support the products and services used daily by approximately 6 million customers, from payment and savings accounts to digital payment solutions and Open Banking.

Within the Data Domain, three Centers of Expertise work closely together: BI & Analytics, Advanced Analytics & AI, and Data Products. We utilize data, analytics, and AI to increase customer insights, improve performance, stimulate innovation, and strengthen data-driven decision-making within the bank.
