Medical Assistant Flexpool Outpatient Clinic

• A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment.

• A salary according to scale 40, with a minimum of €2,750.00 and a maximum of €3,959.00 based on a 36-hour work week, depending on your experience as of August 1st next.

As a medical assistant in our flexpool, you will get a unique opportunity to work across all outpatient clinics and locations within our hospital. This ensures a lot of variety in your work and gives you the possibility to get to know our hospital from the inside and out.

You will be working with:

• Preparing consultation hours to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Receiving and guiding our patients from within your profession.

• Informing patients about examinations and treatments.

• Planning and coordinating appointments and day admissions.

• Ensuring a smooth course of the various processes.

• Performing examinations including ECGs

In addition to these tasks, you are also responsible for telephone contact with patients and administrative duties. You work together with our medical specialists and nurses in many areas, which means no two days are the same.

Sometimes you will also work during an evening clinic, at the appointment desk, the Emergency Department, or at the Digiplein. That is exactly what makes it extra interesting.

You will primarily work at our main location in Harderwijk. Occasionally, you will be deployed in Dronten or Lelystad.

The flexpool team is characterized by a good atmosphere. You will notice this as well when we occasionally have lunch together. The flexpool team receives good guidance from intercedents, you participate in work meetings, and you can optionally also be deployed for extra overarching tasks.
