What we're looking for

Diploma MBO-4 Pharmacy Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Nursing.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, or nurse.
Affinity with digital care and experience working in online systems.
Strong communicator, customer-oriented, and accurate.
Independent, responsible, and organizationally strong.
Proactive and able to suggest improvements.
Available for at least 24 hours/week (at this moment we need people who are available in the evenings and on weekends)

Languages

Fluent Dutch and good English - German is a major plus

The role

Are you a qualified Medical Assistant with an eye for quality, processes, and collaboration? Are you looking for a versatile role in which you combine pharmaceutical care with coordination, innovation, and digital healthcare? Then this role at Wellis Pharmacy is for you!

In this position, you will work fully remote, in a digital team that provides pharmaceutical care to clients throughout the Netherlands.

What you'll do

As an Online Medical Assistant, you are the connecting link between clients, pharmacists, and the logistics team. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from intake to medication dispensing. You combine customer-oriented contact with process insight and quality-conscious working - fully digital, from home.

Client contact & pharmaceutical care: performing telephone intakes, answering questions via telephone, email, and chat.
File management: checking and supplementing client files, monitoring medication safety, and flagging irregularities.
Collaboration with pharmacists: coordinating regarding prescriptions and deviations, ensuring correct documentation according to laws and regulations.
Process coordination: supporting logistical processes remotely and thinking along about improvements in workflow and quality.
Quality monitoring: contributing to the safeguarding of procedures and cooperating in the optimization of digital care processes.
