We are looking for a candidate with a combination of the right experience and a strong personality. You have at least an MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level. It is very important for this position that you have a demonstrable affinity with the medical sector. For example, through work experience in medical administration, at a health insurer, or a pharmacy. You understand medical terminology and the importance of the care we provide.
You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Google Docs and experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce is a clear advantage.
In addition, you are a true people person who is self-assured. You are communicatively strong and can switch between a concerned patient and a medical specialist. Thanks to your empathy and the fact that you can ask probing questions, you know how to get to the core of every (technical or care-related) question. You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, and you maintain an overview.

The Customer Service Representative is the central point of contact for patients and healthcare providers (such as doctors and nurses) and ensures high satisfaction by providing good and efficient service regarding our medical devices. In doing so, you contribute directly to an optimal treatment result and an improved quality of life for the patient.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a crucial link in patient care. Your range of tasks is diverse and focuses on delivering substantive service and ensuring correct administration.
You are the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals and provide information about the treatment and the equipment both by telephone and in writing.
You process intakes, complex registrations, and requests from healthcare providers so that the correct care can be deployed.
You are responsible for handling technical malfunctions in medical equipment, including the remote reading and analysis of data to determine the correct follow-up actions.
You ensure correct and complete patient administration. Because it concerns medical data, you work very accurately in the systems.
