German-speaking Customer Service Representative

• Speaks and writes fluent German. This will be assessed by means of a language test and a German-language roleplay.
• Writing English is a requirement
• Availability on Saturday or Monday is a requirement.
• Due to the working hours, you must be at least 18 years old on your first working day.
• Being at Rotterdam Centraal within 90 minutes.
• Stress-resistant and able to handle resistance in conversations well.

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you conduct conversations with customers in German. You listen well, think along, and resolve questions about orders, delivery, or payments. You ensure that every customer hangs up with a smile.

• Conducting customer calls in German. Completely your way, without standard scripts.
• Listening well, asking the right questions, and finding the best possible solution for the customer.
• Holding your own during difficult customer inquiries or when facing customer resistance.
• Flexibly helping customers from your own workspace. Monday through Saturday between 08:00 and 23:59.
